How HotelAIEQ hotel-owner guides are researched, sourced, reviewed, corrected, and kept current.
Research
Guides begin with practical questions hotel owners and guests need answered. Research combines those questions with current guidance from relevant search, accessibility, analytics, and structured-data sources. Topics are selected for usefulness, clarity, and the ability to maintain the information.
Source standards
We prefer primary and authoritative sources, including official documentation and standards bodies. Sources are linked when they support a material claim. We distinguish a documented requirement from a recommended practice and avoid presenting an unsupported result as fact.
AI-assisted drafting and review
AI tools may assist with outlining or drafting. Every guide receives human review for accuracy, clarity, source support, practical context, and unsupported claims before publication. AI assistance is not treated as a source, and a draft is not published without review.
Corrections
When a factual error is identified, we investigate it against the available source, correct the guide when appropriate, and update its modified date for a substantive change. A correction does not change the original publication date. Readers can raise a concern through the consultation form.
Recheck cadence
Guides are rechecked at least quarterly and sooner when a cited source, search practice, vendor behavior, or hotel operating fact changes. A material change triggers review of affected links, examples, recommendations, and structured information.
Recommendations, observations, and guarantees
A recommendation is an advised practice based on the cited guidance and practical context. An observation describes what a source, system, or guide currently shows. Neither is a promise of an outcome. HotelAIEQ does not guarantee rankings, traffic, citations, bookings, revenue, or a particular search or AI result.
