How HotelAIEQ handles information

When you request a consultation, you may provide your name, work email address, phone number, hotel or group name, number of properties, current website, package preference, and a description of your needs. You can leave optional fields blank.

Please do not include passwords, payment card information, or other sensitive information in the consultation form.

The site uses a local browser setting to remember whether you accepted or declined optional analytics. The site may also process a request’s IP address and timing in memory to limit automated or repeated consultation submissions.

If you accept analytics, the site loads Google Analytics and sends page views and site events such as page paths, page titles, selected packages, consultation-form interactions, and engagement milestones. The analytics configuration requests IP anonymization. Analytics is not enabled when you decline or have not yet chosen.

HotelAIEQ uses consultation information to review your request, contact you about the services you asked about, prepare for a conversation, and protect the form from abuse. Optional analytics helps us understand which pages and services visitors find useful.

Consultation details are sent through the site’s email delivery service to the HotelAIEQ consultation inbox. When you accept analytics, Google may process analytics data on its services. Hosting, security, and other infrastructure providers may process information as needed to operate the site.

HotelAIEQ does not sell consultation information. We do not use consultation details for unrelated advertising campaigns.

The public site does not provide visitor accounts or a customer portal. Consultation requests are delivered by email and may be retained in business email and service records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an ongoing business relationship, maintain records, or address disputes and security concerns.

You can decline optional analytics. If you previously accepted, you can clear the site’s analytics-consent setting in your browser to be asked again on a future visit. You may contact HotelAIEQ about a privacy question or request by emailing scott@guesteq.com or by using the consultation form and identifying the request as privacy-related.

The site is intended for hotel owners, operators, and other business visitors. It is not directed to children, and HotelAIEQ does not knowingly request personal information from children through the site.

HotelAIEQ may update this policy when the site, services, or information practices change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version was published.
